Navigating Corporate America as a Christian Woman
An Introduction to My Story and Why I’m Telling It
Dear Reader,
I’m beginning a new series to share some of the real-life experiences I had as a young woman working for a multinational enterprise technology company.
I held roles in both financial services sales and government affairs, and through those years, I encountered situations that tested my discernment, character, and faith.
I’ll be sharing those stories—not to expose anyone, but to encourage others navigating similar challenges. I won’t name names. And if you happen to recognize yourself, know this: I have completely forgiven you in the name of Jesus.
Why I’m Writing This
I spent countless hours searching for guidance—on phone calls with mentors, deep in my Bible with the Holy Spirit in prayer, and scribbling through notebook drafts, longing for clarity.
I wish I’d had a resource like this series at the time. So I’m writing the series I needed.
What You’ll Find in This Series
You can expect honest, Scripture-rooted reflections on topics like:
Gender inequality in the workplace
Salary abuse and negotiation
Manipulation masked as leadership
The fallout of absent or indifferent leaders
And through it all: how to bear the light of Jesus in difficult environments.
What I Hope This Becomes
My goal is not to dwell in bitterness or resentment—those have no place here.
I write to equip, encourage, and tell the truth. Because I believe in the redemptive power of Jesus for every person involved, including myself.
And I believe that with God’s help, business and leadership can look radically different from what the world often models.
